Central Park Ellerslie

Central Park Ellerslie is a large project being undertaken in Auckland with the construction of an all-new hospitality hub. The huge revamp entails the construction of new buildings and spaces for the public with the goal of creating a hub for “like-minded businesspeople.”

The finished area will contain several businesses, apartments and amenities including eight different restaurants, a gym, an active educare centre, a lavish courtyard and garden facilities and plenty of office spaces for other businesses.

Our Total Tactilez team has been on the job, adding safety solutions that fit with the refined look of the new build. We have been responsible for the installation of black polyurethane tactile studs for a variety of concrete and timer to aid the visually impaired. Our team was also responsible for the installation of black rebated aluminium bar nosing’s. These lie flat along stairs and slippery surfaces and provide extra tread to reduce slips while bringing a sleek look and are built to last.
