REBATED TIMBER/TILE

The Pyrimid Rebated Bar Nosings are made from hard wearing aluminium with a composition of 6063 with a temper of T5.                                                                                                   
These are anodized 25Um allowing for a hard wearing surface to prevent any corrosion. The retrofit design fixed by a solid aluminium shaft, cast as a one piece extrusion allows the bars to sit in 3.5mm cut groves with 3.0mm cover flanges either side to cover any chipping from cutting into the substrate.                                                                                                 
Suggested spacing on all substrates is 25mm to allow for good tread grip, whilst providing sufficient contrast to the surrounding surface area.
