Event Cinema Queensgate

Event Cinema Queensgate is a new cinema that recently opened in Queensgate Wellington. The cinema is a small part of the wider Westfield Newmarket Shopping Centre project. The movie theatre boasts seven total screens including VMAX, fully reclining seats, double daybeds and a new gaming arcade for those who want to appreciate their movies in style and comfort. The cinema also has a café and a bar, perfect for the whole family.

The main contractor Built construction took point on the large project, bringing the brand-new theatre to life in style. Our Total Tactilez team topped off the project with sleek safety solutions. The installation of stainless steel tactiles and Tredfx stair nosing’s brought the finishing touches to the cinema project. The sleek metallic designs matched perfectly with the modern design while still providing the contrast to ensure safety for patrons and staff alike.
